Supercut Spade Drill System
The YG-1 Supercut spade drill system is probably the best drilling system available in the world. It offers unrivalled performance, quality and versatility.
Each holder takes a wide range of inserts that will drill different
diameters, for example a series D holder will drill diameters
from 17.86 mm to 24.0 mm. We also offer every series of holder in different lengths ranging from 2xD to 10xD. Each insert is available in TiN, TiCN and TiALN coatings.
Rotary coolant inducers are available for machines without
through coolant to give the drilling system the through coolant needed for performance drilling.
Minimum diameter - 9.5 mm.
Maximum diameter - 114 mm.

SPD Drill U-Drill Style Drilling System
The Korloy SPD drill is designed for high speed drilling of holes
from 13 mm to 22 mm in diameter. The new wider flute design
offers 20% improved flute evacuation against traditional
U-drills. SPD drill inserts have the benefit of 4 edges.
Minimum diameter - 13 mm.
Maximum diameter - 22 mm.

The Korloy NPD drill is designed for high speed drilling of holes
from 23 mm to 60 mm in diameter. The new wider flute design

UPD Drill U-Drill Style Drilling System
The Korloy UPD drill is designed for high speed drilling of holes from 16 mm to 58 mm in diameter and takes the traditional WCMT/WCMX/WCGX inserts.
